Using technology to improve and speed up business processes is a common practice for many companies. Recently though, it has come to the forefront for most. COVID-19 has left many companies and industries without much choice but to innovate. Most competent companies are always on the path of digital catch-up, if not transformation.

Shooting in the dark won't take you far. If you have no clue what’s happening in your application, all the automation and management in the world will only help you so much. Certain tools provide insight into the workings and status of your app. Some provide a dashboard for error tracking, some reach out to notify you when something needs your attention, and others test your app on a continuous basis. You'll find tools to monitor your application for the operations side with issues like uptime, and for the developer-side with issues like exceptions and errors.

Finding a way to create strategies that will encourage employees to embrace and actually love IT (internet technology) can be a difficult task. Not everyone is mentally prepared to jump on board for the wave of ever growing technology- which is extremely fast paced and increases each year- and you may even find that some employees are actually fearful at the prospect of learning because they don’t view themselves as tech savvy.
