Embibe is a web-based test preparation product for students who need help improving their scores on standardized tests.

Problem

Embibe had a rapidly approaching deadline for an important entrance exam, but they didn’t have the RoR and AngularJS developers required to deliver a scalable product.

Solution

On short notice, our team helped Embibe redesign their user experience and refactor their backend application, removing bottlenecks to help their application to scale to meet their peak performance demands. Practice exam results feed into a detailed personal reporting system that tells students what to study and how to improve their score. The testing software has detailed analytics that tells students the questions they waste time on and how to better approach the test.

Results

After launching the redesign, Embibe was able to meet revenue goals and raise additional financing from investors.
