About Viblio

Viblio is a home video automation service that uses machine learning to automatically tag people within videos.

Problem

Many home videos are now shot with smartphones, but it’s hard to privately share this video content with the right people. Viblio’s iPhone app is an extension of an online service that enables private video sharing between friends and family. iPhone videos sync to the service in the background and a magic tagging feature automatically tags people within uploaded videos and shares the videos with them.

Solution

CognitiveClouds was selected by Viblio to design and develop their mobile app after Viblio’s team reviewed our experience with video player and encoder technologies. Viblio’s iPhone app is an extension of an online service that enables private video sharing between friends and family. iPhone videos sync to the service in the background and a magic tagging feature automatically tags people within uploaded videos and shares the videos with them.

Results

Viblio used the iPhone app we built for them to raise more money from investors to continue the research and development of their machine learning platform for video.
