About Collective

The Collective is a fashion retail chain that sells formal, semi-formal and casual clothing, shoes and accessories from over 100 premium brands.

Problem

The Collective’s website provided store and product information, but it lacked the eCommerce shopping features customers demanded.

Solution

Our team designed and developed an end-to-end omni-channel eCommerce application that utilizes Spree Commerce, an open source eCommerce platform written in Ruby on Rails (RoR), to enable a rich shopping experience. Customers can filter products by category, brand, size, color and price, view multiple images for each product and review similar product recommendations. While checking out, customers can enter coupon codes and save their credit card to make future purchases easier.

Results

The responsive web eCommerce application we delivered helps The Collective process over 1000 orders per day.
